Little Party Dress Tasty Animal Print Jumpsuit, Adorne Woven Tote (similar style here) and Pearl Drop Huggy Earrings, Roc Eyewear Let’s Bumble Shades, Birkenstock Arizona Slides.

Australia Day weekend is on the horizon and I’m striding into the long weekend wearing an off duty jumpsuit from Little Party Dress. This piece is delightfully cute to wear, featuring a vivid animal print, breezy cropped palazzo pant and a collared neckline for extra prep.

For those spending the weekend out in the sunshine, I’ve opted for a pair of Birkenstocks and yes they are a little more fancy with their metallic texture. Complete with a woven tote bag and some sharp new frames, I am ready for blissful summer adventures.

Seed Heritage Dress (similar style here), Birkenstocks Gizeh Birko – Flo White, Furla Metropolis Mini Bag (similar style here).

Cute summer romps throughout Brisbane’s best antique spots call for a bold, bright colour – coral to be exact! This fun little number is from Seed Heritage and features a relaxed, shift structure with a ruffled OTS (off the shoulder) neckline. I love the texture seen in the polkadot print of the fabric and the playful tassels adoring the sleeves.

I’m teaming this piece with my faithful Birkenstocks (remember my styling post here) for casual yet chic getup. Because the colour is so vibrant, I’m keeping my accessories tame with Furla bag and a pair of gold earrings.

What colour are you obsessing over this summer and how are you styling this? Let me know in the comments below!

Birkenstock Gizeh Birko – Flor White, Trenery Fine Striped Shirt Dress, Lack Of Color The Spencer Wide Brimmed Boater.

Let me be the first to say, I never thought I’de be the girl strolling through the city in a pair of Birkenstocks. But despite their seemingly practical appearance, they are without a doubt the comfiest sandals I have ever worn. So here are my top tips to styling Birkenstocks.

1. Firstly, invest in a pair of neutral Birkenstocks that have stylistic versatility. I absolutely love white Birkenstocks as they are the freshest option for summer, and still remain quite feminine.

2. Style your Birkenstocks with something tailored yet relaxed for that chic summer #ootd. I’m pulling out a shirt dress in a muted print, with this particular frock from Trenery. I also love the look of straight, wide leg pants with a playful off the shoulder top, styled casually with a pair of Birks.

3. Accessories should convey summery vibes, like this classic Lack Of Colors Spencer Boater. Not a hat wearer? No problems! Why not opt for an oversized pair of tortoise shell shades or style with a statement tote.

4. There’s no hiding a bad pedicure, so make sure your tootsies are freshly shaped and painted. I’m all about soft, pastel colours like this Pretty Pink shade by OPI. Two coats needed and a top coat – don’t forget it!

I would love to hear any tips you girls might have for how you style your Birkenstocks – please leave a comment below!
